Winter Bear is the project of Erin Dorbin, former member of Pitchfork darlings The Cave Weddings and a girl I met at a Quasi show in Minneapolis in 2001. Since that Quasi show, Erin has moved to Milwaukee and gone on to make some catchy-as-hell, girl group inspired garage rock with releases on HoZac out of Chicago and now Selfish Agenda.

When she isn't killing it as Winter Bear, Erin can also be found slaying in her other band, No Bueno, and making incredible photo zines about drive in theaters.
